Brian has over 15 years of operations management experience, during which he has led teams spanning three continents and over 1200 members. He started his professional career managing operations in Fortune 500 companies such as Rockwell Automation and Magna International. Brian then took his learnings on large-scale best practices to Miovision, where he led the Supply Chain and Operations departments of this high-tech scale-up during a period of over $50M in raises and 600% revenue growth. He has an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Operations Management from Conestoga College, and holds two graduate level designations, CSCP from APICS and CSCMP from Supply Chain Canada.
At Nicoya, Brian applies his experience to lead the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and IT/IS teams.
